Attorney Bo Bryan has over 20 years experience in Criminal Practice.  He has worked in the Criminal Justice System from every possible angle, having been a Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, and working for a Circuit Court Judge.  He spent over a decade in prosecution.  He began as a special DUI prosecutor of  Driving Under the Influence cases, gaining valuable trial experience by trying dozens of DUI's as a young prosecutor.  Then graduating to more serious offenses like Burglary, Criminal Sexual Conduct, and Murder, and Ultimately gaining the position of Deputy Solicitor in the 15th Judicial Circuit in charge of Georgetown County.  Now, he has been on the other side  in private practice  doing primarily Criminal Defense for over a decade.

I am about as local as you can get, having graduated from Socastee High School, Coastal Carolina University, and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After Law School I clerked for a Local Circuit Court  Judge out of Conway.  I worked as a local Prosecutor in the 15th Circuit Solicitors Office in both Horry and Georgetown Counties.
